We are suppliers of all light fixtures, buying them directly from the manufacturers.  Therefore you skip middle man costs that our competitors will charge.  Furthermore, our company is not a behemoth which means less overhead.

Our electrical installers have been with us

minimum of 6 years per person, and have pride in professionalism .  We work with the power "live" meaning that you will not be without light during the install.  We work fast, cleanly and efficiently.  

All rebates are calculated and applied for by Power Down.  The rebate paperwork can seem like brain damage if you haven't done it before.  We have done thousands of these applications and charge nothing whatsoever for this service

As an XCEL ENERGY "preferred contractor" we are able to have the rebate sent to our office.  It is therfore DEDUCTED from the final invoice.
